If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt in saleable condition for a refund.
If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep the item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
All returns should be in ‘as NEW’ condition, both UNWASHED and UNWORN. When returning items to Le Col, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected. We do not currently offer free returns and cannot cover for any items lost in transit back to us, so we recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Once we have received your item(s) back, it will typically take 3 working days for us to process your refund. All refunds will be processed against the original payment method but can take up to 5 working days after this to reflect in your account.
