If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt in saleable condition for an exchange.
All exchanges should be in ‘as NEW’ condition, both UNWASHED and UNWORN. When returning items to Le Col, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected. We do not currently offer free returns and cannot cover for any items lost in transit back to us, so we recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. You will be liable for the return postage.
Once we have received your item(s) back, we will process the exchange within 3 working days and you'll get a new tracking confirmation email once this is done.
